From the first estimate to live operation

Five clear steps – at every stage you stay in control of scope and costs.

  1. Rough estimate

In the initial call you describe your company and your processes. You receive a non-binding range for implementation and operation, so you know early where you stand.

Result: a first cost range and our assessment of whether ERPNext suits you.

  2. Process assessment

In a workshop with one of our senior solution architects we capture your business processes in a structured way – sales, purchasing, stock, accounting, payroll, production, whatever applies to you. This produces the requirements specification.

Result: a requirements specification that belongs to you – even if you decide otherwise.

  3. Fixed‑price quotation

Based on the specification we quote every work package at a fixed price. You prioritise what comes first and what can wait.

Result: a binding quotation per work package, with no estimation risk for you.

  4. Configuration & development

We set up ERPNext and the Swiss features, customise what your specification requires, migrate your master data and open items, train your key users and accompany the go-live.

Result: your system runs in production and your team works with it.

  5. Operation

From go-live your system runs in the Centura Cloud: hosting in Switzerland, backups, monitoring, updates and support, per user and year.

Result: predictable costs and one contact for everything.

Three typical starting points

The process is the same, the focus changes.

  • Replace Excel and isolated tools

Quotations in Word, addresses in Excel, accounting at the fiduciary: we bring everything into one system and start with the process that costs the most time today – usually sales and accounting.

  • Replace an existing ERP

Your system is old, expensive or no longer covers Swiss requirements. We migrate master data, open items and balances, map your processes anew and plan the switch so that the business keeps running.

  • Already on ERPNext, looking for a partner

Already using ERPNext, self-hosted or with another partner? We review your installation, add the Swiss features and take over operation and support.

What a project needs from you

An ERP project succeeds when both sides invest time.

  • A project lead on your side

One person who decides and keeps the threads together in your company – with time reserved during the implementation.

  • Key users per area

Employees who know their process, have a say in the process assessment, test the system and later serve as the first point of contact in the team.

  • Clean data

Items, customers, suppliers and the chart of accounts are cleaned up before migration. We tell you which format we need.

  • Time for training and testing

Before go-live your key users test the processes with real cases. That costs a few days and saves weeks after the start.
